Want to Stop Smoking?
Why would I, as a chiropractor talk about smoking? Because I'm not naive. Patients have asked if I was aware of anything "natural", and I wasn't aware of anything natural or not, until now. I know people smoke (even some of my patients), all of them know they shouldn't, but don't know what to do about it. Ironically, my office is next door to a tobacco shop, which is even more of a reason that I felt that I should look into an alternative to help people stop.
I'm not suggesting that people SHOULD smoke, but those who already smoke and want to quit, could gradually decrease the nicotine while continuing to meet the other parts of the habit (like holding something in your fingers, inhaling something, etc.).
I know it's difficult to quit, but for those who really want to, and have tried other things, this may be an alternative that could help you live a little longer.
This is some information that I found on the web site that I thought was interesting, and why I decided to look into it.
This may not help you quit, but could definitely cut down on many other toxic effects of cigarette smoking.
