Your Insurance and Chiropractic

We are on over 800 insurance lists as providers. If you have insurance, we are likely on it. Many do not require referral by your Primary Doctor, and you can come in by simply making an appointment. This is a partial list of insurance companies that we are providers for.

To be sure, please give our office a call and leave your insurance information, we will verify it for you before you come in. You can call us at (562) 943-4132, and we will call you back during normal business hours.   You could also complete an online form here. 

If you would like to fax your insurance card (back and front), with your birth date and a number to reach you we can have it checked before you come in. Fax copies of your insurance card (front and back) to (562) 304-2917.

Many patients have chiropractic coverage and did not know that they did because their insurance company contracts out with another company that we are providers with. Give us a call now! If you don't have coverage, or if your insurance doesn't cover, our membership plan may be what you are looking for.
