I created my membership plan for several reasons:
Use your employee Health Savings Account (HSA) to save even more (tax free).
1. It's my mission and calling to help as many people possible, and chiropractic care traditionally has not been as affordable for everyone. I wanted to change that. With Consumer Drive Health Plans, (CDHP's) and my membership plan, this is very possible, and more economically efficient. Especially for people who want and need regular chiropractic care.
A. I do a free consultation to see if I think I can help you. If I can't, I'll tell you. If I'm not sure, I'll tell you.
B. Many people who join my plan have been to other chiropractors and they understand what other chiropractors charge. When they find out what my plan costs, they understand what a value it is. Many patients wonder why I do it so inexpensively. I don't make a huge profit on it, I basically want to help as many people as I can.
2. Insurance companies are not like they used to be. Many have people have insurance, but their insurance providers have found a way to limit chiropractic care by:
A. Having a high deductible (HDHP).
B. Having a high co-payment because we are "specialists". (Many patient's co-payments are more than it would cost per visit on my plan)
C. Requiring a primary physician referral.
D. Not covering chiropractic care, but covering other therapy a chiropractor would do.
E. Creating such a low reimbursement that chiropractors cannot accept what the insurance company would pay, though the patient and/or their employer pays a high premium.
3. I wanted to create something that my family and I would use if I were a patient. (We get chiropractic care, too).
My membership plan creates an affordable plan for people to get the care they want and need, when they want or need it.
